Nice Vette Dave and I like the T top. Those rims are sharp too. Looking forward to more pics. Cheers, Mario

Really great pictures Dave! Your Vette looks like it just came out of the showroom! My 69 Camaro SS was the same silver gray as yours. Thanks for the share. Mario

My one and only ever experience with a Vette was a 1974 Vette that an ex brother in law owned. His Vette had a warmed over 350 and four speed on the floor. He one day threw me the keys and said to go take it for a good drive. I did and I could not get over the amazing handling and power that car had. Sadly his 74 Vette was destroyed in a bad electrical fire.

Well lookie lookie lookie.........Dave in a Corvette!!!!!!!!

You've finally seen the light. Now don't walk into the light just yet. Go and enjoy that ride before the Lord calls you home.

I like the paint scheme and the wheels.

I had a robin egg blue 77 long long ago. A doctor owned it and so it didn't get many miles on it.

A divorce from my first wife was in the air so I traded it in for a more practical car.

Enjoy it.....and don't forget the V wave.......

Oh, that big Corvete emblem on the valve cover needs to go, and I mean like yesterday.

It's not even the right emblem for the C3 generation of which this 74 is considered to be from.

That emblem looks like it's from a C7. Putting that emblem on doesn't make you Vette go any faster or make it worth more.

I know you know better, you just posted that pic to see if I was paying attention.

Don't make me come to Florida and take it off myself.

Oh I will be in Clearwater the whole month of December so I may need to borrow one of your rides .

Send me a list of your rides and I will pick from there. I'll send you the address I'll need the car dropped off at. And please have a full gas tank.

Respectfully from one Vette owner to another... Rob

LOL...That emblem was on the valve covers when I bought the car a few days ago. I have since removed them and I will gladly send them to you if you want them. I only charge a reasonable shipping and handling fee. :)

Thanks Dave but I heard of your SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. I'll pass.......maybe sell them to a Volkswagen owner.......or someone who has the birth sign VIRGO. Or find someone named VENUS..........countless marketing opportunities for a guy with your reputation.

Buy a nice bling bling gold chain and attach those emplems and walk the beach and watch the chicks flock around you like buzzards on a gutwagon....

Your Vette looks fantastic I love all the pictures you added. Every Vette generation has it's beauty and appeal. Naturally the newest one is always the most popular and high performance. I love the original 53 it was the American sports car the returning GI's wanted coming back from Europe after the war. Great body though short on HP. My other favorite is the 63 Split Window Sting Ray. I love seeing them at car shows. Good Luck with your new Vette Dave. Regards, Mario

Thanks for the compliment. A '63 Split Window Fuelie is my dream car, but I can't afford one of those and if I could, the better half would not approve :)

I know what you mean Dave. But we can still dream! I think all the owners of 63 Fuelie's I ever met were single!
