THE SIN WAGON

1956 4Dr 210 Wagon

Summer of 2008 Gets 18 MPG with this Engine and Trans. I drove it to the track went 12.80 @ 110 on the street tires.

Just another Picture Summer 2008 Ready to cruise any where you want to go.

The frontend is off for a spruce up of the engine bay. The engine in the picture is a ZZ-3 with a 700-R4 in overdrive is good for 18 mpg with the 456 rear gear.

Picture of the Long Rod 400 that will be going in with a turbo 350 with 3500 RPM stall converter. Down goes the gas mileage. Up goes the Wheels. I Hope!!

I bought this car when I was 18 years old. I'm now 59 and I still have it. I sure have learned a lot about this old car in 40 years. I thought I knew everything when I was 18. Sin Wagon was every parents nightmare in my home town. I once had a peace sign on the out side of that black glass that said Don't Laugh Your Daughter May Be Inside. I'm thinking of having the sign remade to read. Don't Laugh Your Daughter/Mother/Grandmother May Be Inside

Planned power and up grades for this winter 2010. Mate this 30 over 400 SBC 6" Eagle rods 3.750 stroke Scat crank Aluminum ProComp Heads, Comp Cams, 11-1 Mahle forged piston Engine.& GM Turbo 350 Trans.with a 3500 RPM stall converter and mate this to the already in place GM-12 Bolt 456 geared, leaf spring+Caltracs with 4 Wheel disc brakes. I will also be working on a fuel cell and battery relocation into the spare tire well over this winter. I will be looking for some wheels up, Running low 11s in street trim, on 10.5 DOT's summer 2010. See it on any given Wednesday night at test and tune. Central Michigan Dragway. Stanton, Michigan
