My all time favorite vintage cars are:

40 Ford, 41 Chevy Conv, 49 Ford, 52 Ford, 55 Pontiac, 55 Chevy, 55 Ford, 56 Ford, 57 T-Bird, 57 Vette, 57 Pontiac, 57 Chevy, 57 Plymouth, 57 Ford, 59 Chevy, 59 Pontiac, 62 Chevy, 64 to 67 GTO, 64 to 67 Malibu, 67 Chevy, 67 to 69 Camaro, 68 Vette, 70 Chevelle, 72 Chevy.

That spans 4 Decades and after that the cars became very dull in my opinion. I especially like most of the 50's cars.

Oh my, I feel a stroke coming on trying to gather my list together. I haven't concentrated this hard in my life.

When I saw the word "VINTAGE" I thought this was about wine. And I know nothing about wine.

I'll post again when the fog in my gray cells clears up.

This is a toughie George...but I love a challenge.

I can see that our good friend Mario is being very greedy here with all of his many choices. But this is Mario here so we have to forgive him, this is Mario and we do not dare question his direction. Cheers.

Thanks George, it was difficult for me to limit the best cars I like to just a few. There are so many more I like but I'll hold off. Your choices are very good as well. Cheers!

Rob, you can not say a Hugo or Jay Leno's collection but you can say a 1967 Chev Impala and a 1957 Pontiac. Mario and I will let you use those two. Cheers.

I would add a 1970 Chevelle SS 454 LS6, a 1970 Buick G S Stage II, 1963 Pontiac Catalina 421 Super Duty, 1962 Chev Bel Air 409/409, 1967 Buick GS 400, 1969 Mustang Boss 429, any COPO Chevelle's or Nova's, 1965 Corvair Corsa Turbo, any Yenko Chevelle's or Nova's, any Canadian built Pontiac from 1962 to 1965 with a 409.

I totally agree George but I don't have the money you and Mario and Dave have so I had to keep my list short. It is hard to pass on an LS6 454 Chevelle. Growing up in PA I've always been a Yenko fan. My friend had a 1970 Shelby GT500 and I always thought they got everything right on that SNAKE! I even love the 1972 Firechickens with the Super Duty 455. So many choices and so little cabbage.

That's right Rob, the cabbage is always a problem. That's why I prefer my cabbage as cole slaw. Cheers.

I'd like to add just one more favorite vintage car George.

A 1940 Buick Super 4 door sedan with a straight 8 248 cu in engine.

This was my Dad's favorite car of all in two tone blue and grey. It was big and bold and he had it for 10 years before trading it in for a new 1952 Ford Customline 2 door Coupe.

I owned the backseat and had plenty of room to play. Cheers! Mario

Mario, the only Buick I ever owned was a 1967 Buick Special sedan that my dad gave me around 1983. My dad had bought it new and I learned how to drive on it when I was 16. The Buick was the last of the cast iron V-6's and a two speed automatic. It was a really great car and like a fool I sold the car a year later because I did not need it. I should have saved the car for my younger brother Mike at the time. It would have made a great first time car for Mike. Buick was always a quality car. Cheers.
