I was able to attend the yearly Car Show at Fort Totten in Bayside, Queens, NYC on Sunday Nov 16, 2025.
Many Antique cars as well as Classic and Muscle cars showed up for a great car show. The weather was wonderful, and many car fans of all ages were there.
Fort Totten is a former US Army installation in the New York City borough of Queens built in 1862 during the Civil War. The Fort is named after General Joseph Totten (1788-1864) who served in the War of 1812. The original purpose of the Fort was to defend the East River approach to New York Harbor.
It is located on the north shore of Long Island. Currently the Fort is in active use by the US Army Reserve. Portions of the Fort's 49 acre site were converted for use as a public park. Other portions were converted for use by the NYPD and FDNY for training.
The Officer’s Club is owned by the Bayside Historical Society who sponsored this car show.
My choice for the Cover car to this Page is the Unique 1970 Olds 442 Indy 500 Pace Car. This one’s for you Rob!
Enjoy the Show! Mario
