We are year round residents of Green Mountain Falls for the past 31 years. We enjoy and appreciate the car show each year, all except for the music. We realize it is an important part of the day, but 8:00 am seems a little early to start it and feel it is too loud. As with most GMF residents, we do not have air conditioning, so rely on keeping our windows open this time of the year. Last year it was too hot to keep them closed for any length of time, so we got a hotel room in Colorado Springs for Saturday and Saturday night. It is Saturday morning at 9:00 am right now. It is cool enought to keep our windows closed for now, but we can still hear the music. My wife is disabled, so our optins are very limited. We would appreciate your consideration in not starting it until 9:00 am and toning it down a little. Thank you.

WAAAAAAAAA. It's once a year for a few hours. Can't anyone do anything fun in this world anymore without somebody complaining???

I'm a resident of GMF and love the show. Hope to have a car ready to enter by next year. Great job.

Agree, It is once a year so get up and enjoy the once a year show, festivities, and people as the town comes alive for this event. I am a participant and have been for a few years. I like the small town feeling and the location of the show, hence coming back year after year. Don't spoil it for the rest of the town. Go to bed early the night before and get up early for this one day and come enjoy the show with the rest of the good villagers of GMF.

I'll have to agree the music is too loud and I'm there for the show. I like the music but when you can't talk to the person next to you it's too loud. It's a a car show not a music fest!

Get a life folks , it is "JUST: one a year . I love Oldies music . Please get over yourselves . Get a chair away from the pavilion a little and It's just Ok . If I can take an afternoon nap in my chair with the music going on , I think you can live with it for one day . Thank You . D .

Looking forward to the show! I heard there were bridges in GMF effected by yesterday's rain? Is everything okay with the roads?

What an awesome show. Great music. But puzzled why the most special, valuable car being the 1970 Boss 429 was buried in the second row on the far side of the lake and not front and center where it deserved to be.

A little subjective perhaps? Most people WANT to park in that location, one pretty much has a choice where one is located within reason.
