Thanks Rob. I love your 64 Vette. Better than 63 with obstructive rear window!

You need to get another white 67 and call it:

GREAT WHITE!

I'd be more than happy to keep it here at my garage and keep it well cared for with occasional drives to car shows, and cruises. I won't charge you rent. I'll need a little money for gas and maintenance and insurance and tires and maybe more tires. That almost equates to free storage for you. Yes, I've been told I have a big heart. Thank you. So when can I expect "GREAT WHITE" to show up here? :-)

OK here's the lowdown. No Great White for you! I'm from NY and don't buy bridges, by the way would you like to buy my share of the Brooklyn Bridge? Anyway thanks for your comments and you have a great Vette. Happy to hear from you.

Mario I see evidence of child abuse making the grandson detail the car. What is wrong with you??

JUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSST KIDDING.

I tried to introduce my grandson to the auto hobby but his mother said she didn't want him to become like me. Wow...that hurt.

Oh well...you can lead a horse to water but you can't get them to deal cards. It's all good.

Rob, I like George's response to your comment. Got to keep the kids busy by helping us clean our cars! Good one George!

Rob, us older codger's have to keep these younger folks in line by making them do work for us. Cleaning our cars for us is the least they can do. Plus it will get them off their phones and push button gizmo's. Cheers.

Yes George, it's hard to change your oil by using a cellphone. But I am sure someone is working on an Cellphone APP for that as we speak.

I like doing things myself for I know when it was done and how it was done and the satisfaction knowing, IT WAS A JOB WELL DONE.

Ok Mario, be honest. How much do you miss the old girl.

Mario on Mar 14, 2024 said:

Yes George I do miss my White Lightening. I had many many wonderful years with her going to car shows and just driving around getting thumbs up. I garaged my 67 Impala the whole time I owned her and even kept her covered in the garage.

But like many other things in my life I have the memories and pictures to remind me as I turn the chapter in my Book of Life.

New chapters are being written each year and I am very thankful for them. I now have a new baby grand daughter only 2 1/2 months old that I can see whenever I want besides my 4 year old and 19 year old grandsons. Not to mention my grown Daughter and Son. And all my Family.

Plus I still have my friends like you George on American Torque. I live through your eyes and experiences and your car shows. I also have many other friends on AT like Rob, Dave and Brandon. All good car people.

So I am very grateful for what I have and look forward to what the years ahead will bring. Cheers to you my friend, Mario
