Nice cars George and your 57 Pontiac is looking good. Your brother's van is coming along nicely. Lots of work done on it already.

I see a lot of Fords at the show and I like the "Bumble Bee" 55 Ford convertible you posted. Unusual 2 tone that I haven't seen for a while. Good car show. Cheers! Mario

I can see where the Canadian economy money goes, to collector cars.......I APPROVE. Some very nice rare ones. OH the AMC Marlin that very few dangled their hooks to catch when they came out. I forgot about the old Buicks with the hoods that tilted to the side. I think my grandfather had one...maybe a 49 or 51?

I'm a GM guy George but I could drool over those Fords and Mercurys just as well.

Well done.......well done indeed

Mario and Rob thank you for your decent and kind words. This event was held by the Ontario Ford Galaxie club but it was open to all cars. Hence why there are so many Fords there. These photos only represent a very small portion of the cars there and many were some amazing Ford cars. Including some very rare Canadian versions like the Meteor. Cheers.

I'll have one Ford Skyliner to go please, in Yellow and Black.

I just love the color pallet from our generations.

My Aunt thought her 1970 Caprice would look good in yellow, with a light green vinyl top, and dark green interior.

She was wrong, and sadly, very wrong.

Did you ever see the Exorcist where the girl throws up in the movie???? Yepp, that color.

Sorry I will correct myself.

I will always remember those words when I was young: "GO to your room, and don't come out until we call you!!!"

I liked the ones:

DO YOU WANT ME TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO CRY ABOUT??

Uhhhh no thanks, I have enough... WHACK!!

Why did they ask us questions, they didn't want answered?? I grew up learning what rhetorical meant REAL FAST.

That's true. I was taught to always answer grown ups when they ask you a question and fell into their trap by getting whacked for answering!

I was a very confused kid!
